I was recently able to obtain a copy of the Agile Construction® II book, and I found the content inside of it to be very informative. I learned a lot about operating an agile organization. This book teaches you how to make worksite problems visible by measuring productivity and finding the specific reoccurring issues that cause the majority of productivity losses.
