Hello Everyone,
I am delighted to share with you how CEO Forum was ahead in predicting the next steps on containment of the pandemic risks to our businesses.
As you know, worries of 2nd wave of has been heightened over the weekend, threatening another market meltdown on Thursday (https://www.npr.org/sections/coronavirus-live-updates/2020/06/11/874600108/stocks-tumble-as-the-fed-warns-of-a-long-recovery-coronavirus-cases-spike).
At the same time, New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), which is the highest ranked, peer reviewed medical journal in the world published an article arguing in favor of widespread antibody testing (see attached).
Similarly, Crain’s Business Journal- which is the number one business journal in Ohio, published my op ed on the need for establishment of prevalence (in our workplaces and communities) by antibody testing as the first step of an evidence based strategy to remain open and contain the threats of pandemic.

So, connecting these 3 dots, it seems that our next best choice is to do the antibody testing of our workplaces and use that as cornerstone of our strategies to remain open and manage future risks of pandemic based on evidence.
Best,
Firouz Daneshgari, M.D.
