Every Projects starts somewhere in the organization. Depending on the nature and size of the company, the projects may or may not have a project manager or all the necessary resources needed to manage the project during its lifecycle.

To commonize the project-start up, progress, closure and captured lessons learned of all projects a homogenous process is needed. SPL™ will enable the organizations to commonize the start-up and follow up of all projects, through laying out the process and plans for:

1. Planning
2. Procurement
3. Build-out (installation or assembly)
4. Closure

The course will explain the process and techniques needed to establish and use an efficient SPL™ process. We will present key fundamentals of set-up, follow up and required environment for both digital and resources needed.

The Participants will come away with skills to build, sustain and improve their project’s launch and lifecycle management.

Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

• Map processes to understand the current state
• Create the SPL™ process and procedures
• Establish the control’s mechanism for the SPL™ process
• Identify training needs
• Outline a plan that incorporates a new operational model into the organization
