This course focuses on how to measure and improve job performance using the Job Productivity Assurance and Control (JPAC^®) and Short Interval Scheduling (SIS^®) processes and programs.

Based on research conducted for ELECTRI International, as well as decades of application on thousands of jobsites, this course will explain how to measure productivity effectively using JPAC^® and how to identify obstacles to productivity using SIS^®.  Participants will learn hands-on simple methods and tools that can be used to schedule work, quantify the impact of obstacles onsite, and reduce labor waste which can improve job productivity by better than 30%.  Both of these programs follow the ASTM Standard for Job Productivity Measurement (ASTM E2691).
